Mother's Feast

Au Co is often honoured as the mother of Vietnamese civilisation and this evening will lead diners through the creation myth of the Vietnamese people. Of how an immortal mountain snow fairy married Lac Long Quan - the Dragon Lord - and bore an egg sac, hatching 100 children - the original ancestors of the Vietnamese people. A sumptuous five-course dinner is interwoven with Vietnamese cultural performances as your host guides you through the dishes and explores the significance of this
riveting legend.

Royal Feast

Experience a feast fit for a king, as you indulge in this Korean culinary journey, taken from the time of Tangun, the first King of Korea. Hear how the ruler of heaven, Hwanin, sent his son, the heavenly prince Hwangun, to bring happiness to the world and how Hwangun sired Tangun, who founded the country Chosun and ruled it for 150 years.  This evening promise food for both the body and the soul.

Eternal Feast

Join the great Italian chef Sergio Maglione as he serves up his interpretation of a Naples Sunday long lunch paired with Italian wine. Learn about Italian eating superstitions, how it's bad luck not to make eye contact when raising your glass, or why you should never have 13 people at the table. All the while, as you share food and stories over a lazy Sunday afternoon, guests will be entertained by an Italian children's choir.

Fire Feast

Experience the Torch Festival, a shared traditional festival of the Yi, Naxi, and Bai people in Sichuan and Southwestern China.  Guests will learn about the Mongol origins of the hot pot and how it gained popularity across China and Asia. The festival will be brought to life with a rarely seen performance of "bian lian" or face-changing dance.
